A Visit to Santa Claws

A Visit to Santa Claws

Dogs most certainly are ‘not just for Christmas’ but let me ask you, can Christmas be for dogs?

Recently, the owners of our bespoke dog boutique, Saville Row Hounds, held a festive day of fun for all of their canine customers and their families.

The impressive ‘Lord Tarquinius’ the life-size Great Dane mannequin, who usually presides over affairs in this amazing shop, took on the role of ‘Santa Claws’ for the day, looking the part in his Christmas hat and bandana.
Dogs of all shapes and sizes arrived in the boutique, which happens to be filled with the most wonderful bespoke dog coats, accessories and treats, a unique collection designed by the business owner, Amanda Reed.
And what visit to ‘Santa Claws’ would be complete without a festive selfie with the big man himself? It was all topped off with lots of retail therapy and each dog received a complimentary gift bag.
At 2pm, Valentino the Pomeranian, made a VIP guest appearance, modelling his bespoke Christmas outfit, tailored for him by Amanda from Saville Row Hounds.
Valentino is the ‘brand ambassador’ for the SRH label and along with his family, Darren and Faye, who are also from Yeovil, he is definitely the star attraction.

This was a day of light hearted fun, which cheered us up... we look forward to more of these popular events next year
So, yes. Christmas can be for dogs, whether that be Great Danes or Pomeranians, little or large and everything in between!
