Members of The Emporium on Princes Street, Yeovil, welcomed the Mayor and Mayoress to officially launch the Christmas window displays at their town centre shop.
The Emporium is an eclectic collaboration of 75 different, independent businesses, all trading together in one shop and has already won awards for its wonderful window displays.
Director, Dawn Woodward says ‘We pride ourselves on delighting our customers with outstanding shop displays all year round and at Christmas we like really go to town on our windows!
Our Window Designer, Amanda Reed spent months planning this year’s ambitious windows, based on the ballet, Swan Lake and the Russian opera, Christmas Eve’
Jess Baker, The Store Manager said ‘We’re delighted with the result and really hope that people will come to take a look and let us know what they think!’
The Mayor and his wife Yvonne then enjoyed hospitality in The Emporium Cafe whilst chatting to customers. It was a great celebration and an amazing team effort.
