Our Team

Dawn first joined The Emporium as a trader back in 2011 with her fledgling business, Trove Designs. She now manages the Emporium and ensures the team bring the best out of the store and Cafe.

With a level head, the kindest heart and friendly nature, Julie looks after her team and customers everyday. You'll find her tirelessly working our shop floor, coordinating our traders. She also works in the Cafe for our live music evenings and events/functions.

Amanda works on our shop floor, coordinating traders. She has a keen eye for fashion and décor, always helping us to create the most beautiful, aesthetic spaces!

Flic manages our wonderful Cafe. She coordinates all of our live music evenings, events and functions. Flic is also our Cafe social media manager.

Charlotte runs our Cafe kitchen. She's responsible for all our delicious, homemade cakes and bakes.

Rockett is our fabulous chef. You'll find him cooking up a storm for our live music evenings! Rockett also curates our specials.

Becca is one of our talented Baristas. She also runs the bar on our live music evenings.

Cal makes the best coffee in town according to our customers! He also creates the photo and video content for our Cafe social media.

Hannah is one of our amazing weekend and events staff.
