Our Team

Dawn first joined The Emporium as a trader back in 2011 with her fledgling business, Trove Designs. She now manages the Emporium and ensures the team bring the best out of the store and Cafe.

With a level head, the kindest heart and friendly nature, Julie looks after her team and customers everyday. You'll find her tirelessly working our shop floor, coordinating our traders. She also works in the Cafe for our live music evenings and events/functions.

Amanda works on our shop floor, coordinating traders. She has a keen eye for fashion and décor, always helping us to create the most beautiful, aesthetic spaces!

Charlotte heads up The Emporium Café kitchen, bringing energy, creativity and a love of great food to everything we serve. From brunch and lunch to afternoon teas, homemade cakes and our special event menus, she keeps the kitchen team on their toes and our customers very well fed.

Away from the kitchen, Charlotte swaps her chef whites for rugby boots and takes that same team spirit onto the pitch. And, as she’s proudly displaying here, she also keeps us firmly on top of our game with our 5-star Food Hygiene Rating.

Rockett is our Sous Chef and quite simply loves everything about cooking. He brings enthusiasm, skill and plenty of energy to the kitchen, working alongside Charlotte to keep things running smoothly and our customers well fed. When he’s not busy in the kitchen, you’ll usually find him following the football – although perhaps it’s safest not to ask about the score on a bad weekend!

Sophie is an important part of our kitchen team, working alongside Charlotte and Rockett during our busy Saturday service and special evening events. Calm under pressure and always ready to get stuck in, Sophie helps keep the kitchen running smoothly when The Emporium is at its busiest.
